Our Transformation Projects

PMO Design, Implementation and Operation

Deecon worked with this national charity to design the right-sized PMO for their major transformation - taking into account the low PPM maturity of the organisation. Deecon then implemented and operated the PMO to support MIND in delivering this transformation.
Capital Programme Commercial Management

Deecon provided commercial and programme management across UKPN’s London & South region. Managing costs, improving contract compliance, creating and implementing automation to provide stronger controls over the transformation budget.
Opportunity Assessment

Deecon were engaged by SGN to onboard additional Contractors for mains replacement works and conduct an opportunity assessment within the Procurement and Supply Chain Function. The team identified 36 recommendations.
