Darren is our dynamic Managing Director who has over 20 years’ blue-chip consulting experience across both the Infrastructure and Construction sectors. He has a track record of successfully delivering public and private sector transformational change on large scale projects.
Darren has covered executive roles across the UK & Europe including group procurement and commercial leadership, functional transformation, general management, post-acquisition integration, opportunity analysis and organisation design and change.
Andrew Clark

A highly experienced Executive Director with a demonstrated history of working alongside Private Equity within the Construction, Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors both in the UK and Asian markets.
Andrew founded a market-leading B2B services company, growing revenues and profits substantially through a combination of organic growth and acquisition. He turned the business into a Financial Times Fast Track 100 company and created unique service offerings for both public and private sector clients. Andrew has delivered many projects including a significant focus on supply chain optimisation and supplier relationship management.
Robin Hyde

Robin is a highly experienced Director who has worked across multiple industries and sectors. A quality assurance expert, Robin has worked throughout delivery chains from data procurement and input to commercial management, material output creation and verification.
He is an effective team leader familiar with managing high volumes and prioritising workloads with fixed deadlines. Robin ensures that both regulatory and reputational risks are identified and addressed while maintaining unrivalled quality standards.
