Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026

Three years in a row. 🏆

We are incredibly proud to share that The Sunday Times Best Place to Work has recognised Deecon Consulting as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year.

What makes this achievement even more special is that Deecon was recognised twice as a Small Business, and this year as a Medium Sized Business. To continue growing as a company whilst maintaining the culture, energy and people-first environment that earned us this recognition is something we are hugely proud of.

This award is a real testament to the people who make Deecon what it is every single day, so a huge thank you to our amazing team for the passion, support, collaboration and positivity you bring to the business. This achievement belongs to all of you.

Our Onboarding Process

As part of our offer and onboarding process, you will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment screening checks before joining the company:

Eligibility to work in the UK – you will need to provide official documents such as your passport or identity card.

Employment history – we will need to verify the last three year employment period, including your current or most recent employer. If you have just left full-time education, this could be your course tutor. We will not contact your referees without your permission.

Criminal records check – you will need to apply for a basic Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to get a copy of your criminal record. If you are not currently living in England or Wales you will need to obtain a police record check from your current country of residence.

While we are not actively hiring for specific positions at this time, we encourage you to send us your CV if you believe you could be a fit for our team. We will keep your information on file and reach out to you if a suitable role opens up.
