My advice would be to throw yourself into everything . The best thing you can do is be open to new experiences. Our team members have a wide variety of experience, and there is so much to learn from one another.

There is no such thing as a typical day at Deecon. It is extremely varied between client work, and helping the team improve internally. I split my time between the Deecon office, client site, and working from home, which provides a really nice balance.

I would say Integrity. We always put our clients first and are open and honest throughout project work. Maintaining integrity allows us to become trusted advisors and build a strong relationship with our clients.
